In order to help our customers, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help in the ordering and order fulfilment process.

How do I know that you have stock?

Our website shows the current stock levels and outside of human error (it does happen, rarely) then stock should be available.

What if I need to change my order?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible using our contact us form. Include your order reference and details of the change required. If we have not shipped your order then we should be able to make the required changes.

What are my payment options?

You can make payment via Debit / Credit cards or Paypal.

Are my payment details secure?

All data between your browser and our server is encrypted using up to 256-bit SSL encryption.

We use secure, encrypted gateways to process all payments and will never store any of your payment details on our servers.

What is the minimum order for free shipping?

If you place an order for £75.00 or over then we offer free shipping within the UK.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Order are usually dispatched either the same day or the next working day. Once an order is dispatched you will receive an email notification.

How long will delivery take?

For most orders, the parcel will be sent out via an economy delivery and arrive within 3-5 days. If an express delivery is selected then you should expect the parcel with 1-2 days.

Can I track my order?

We are not able to provide tracking details for small packet based shipments. However for orders shipped in a box, we typically use MyHermes and you should receive tracking details via email.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

At present we are unable to offer shipping outside of the UK. We will re-evaluate this on a regular basis.

We aim to make returning an item as simple as possible.
